Hopefully, you have your second round of boards in at this time. Go through the same power-up steps as before and hopefully you don't have to do any further debugging.
Ideally, you should have a working board at this point! Congrats, you've done some something that not a lot of people have done. You should pat yourself on the back and get yourself something as a reward.
However, you might not be in that position
In this case, well, you're kinda SOL. Unless you have enough budget left for a third go, you're not getting a PCB for a final design. That's OK! PCBs, as you've seen, are complex and difficult to design and build.
If you're in this position, I do have some good news: you should be able to still show off something in design day. By buying your major components either through evaluation modules or separate components, you can still piece together your design using protoboards and breadboards. It's not gonna be pretty, but it will work.
For FAR, again, be honest! Talk about your difficulties and what you learned. Ultimately, Senior Design is an experience in building a product using engineering design principles from start to finish. It's okay to fail and have it not work out
